Amica common shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the trading symbol ACC.
Amica has paid a quarterly dividend since September 2006.
On April 9, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per common share on all issued and outstanding common shares to be paid on June 14, 2013, to shareholders of record on May 31, 2013.
Future dividends will depend on a number of factors, including current and expected cash flow, growth opportunities, and liquidity and no assurance can be provided on the amount of dividends, if any, paid in future quarters.

All dividends paid by Amica since September 15, 2006, unless otherwise indicated, are considered “eligible” dividends for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial and territorial tax legislation.
